Loving reading through all of these new teaching kits. Nice work!
I added some stuff for you on Github, but had a few content related thoughts to share here:
This lesson is tough, in my opinion. There are 2 things that I think may help:
Preparation section - 5th paragraph: It would be great to have some examples linked here. Personally, I had a hard time visualizing this. I had to read the thimble project and re-read the lesson plan instructions a few times. You may even add an example directly to the lesson plan for an easy, instant “light bulb moment - oh, that is what an object is"
Defining a Cat Object - I am having trouble getting this activity to connect with the thimble project and overall goal of the lesson. I think it's because the "cat object" is a physical, tangible object, while the "storytelling object" in the thimble tutorial is an outline (almost like a form you fill out) of something intangible. Perhaps you can play with a couple of transition/further explanation paragraphs that clearly outlines the link between the activity and the thimble project? If you decide to adjust, I'm happy to help with this or take another look.
